Terms of Sale

These terms apply when you purchase a piece from Bella Vero. By placing an order you agree to the following.

Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and include white glove delivery to addresses in the continental United States. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. Made-to-order pieces enter production once payment is confirmed; production lead time is 10–14 weeks.

Changes & cancellations

Ready-to-ship orders may be cancelled before the piece leaves our warehouse. Made-to-order pieces may be modified or cancelled within 72 hours of payment; after that the piece is already in production and cannot be changed.

Warranty

Every Bella Vero piece carries a 10-year heirloom warranty on frame and structure. Leather and fabric are covered against manufacturing defects for two years. The warranty does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or changes in leather tone that are part of a hide’s natural ageing.
