How long does a made-to-order piece take?

10-14 weeks from order confirmation. Your piece is handcrafted individually in our Puglia workshop. We provide tracking updates at key milestones: production start, upholstery, quality inspection, and shipping.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We deliver to all 50 states. Ready-to-ship pieces ship from our Denver warehouse within 3-5 business days. Made-to-order pieces ship directly from Italy via white-glove freight.

What is the difference between leather grades?

We offer four grades: Premium Full-Grain (natural texture, most durable), Artisan Distressed (pull-up leather with patina), Heritage Fine-Grain (smooth and refined), and Velvet Nubuck (sanded top-grain, softest touch). Each ages differently and has a distinct character.

Can I order custom configurations?

Absolutely. Most of our sofas are modular and can be configured to fit your space. We also accept COM (Customer's Own Material) requests for the trade program. Contact us for custom specifications.

What is your return policy?

Ready-to-ship pieces may be returned within 14 days in original condition. Made-to-order pieces are custom manufactured and are non-returnable. We encourage ordering leather and fabric swatches before committing to a material selection.

Do you offer swatch samples?

Yes. We ship complimentary leather and fabric swatches so you can see and feel the materials in your own space. Request swatches through our contact page or trade program.

How do I care for Italian leather furniture?

Wipe with a soft, dry cloth regularly. For deeper cleaning, use a leather-specific conditioner every 6-12 months. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Full-grain leather develops a beautiful patina over time — this is a feature, not a defect.
